In a safe setting, I enable you to have an unusual aesthetic experience in the here and now.
This can mean listening to music with your eyes closed and writing down associations. Drawing something. Producing sounds. Walking silently through a strange place accompanied by me... I use a variety of exercises and methods from performance art education, creative writing, theater, music and dance education, which I tailor to your individual needs.
You allow yourself to get involved in this new experience without immediately evaluating and categorizing it.
Afterwards, you will reflect on your experience with my support in a mindful way.
In this way, you may discover unexpected resources and potential within yourself, a deeper connection to yourself and a different view of the world.
This change of perspective helps you to develop alternative courses of action for your everyday life.
